有別於以往的電音作品，這首Sick Boy是以鋼琴為主旋律
由Andrew Taggart 這位Sick Boy演唱😆歌聲要再磨練一下:P
和過去多講情愛的主題也相差甚遠，歌詞是在說明
美國東西部間的種族文化衝突，對於自己造成的自我懷疑
對社會帶有點諷刺意味
不過提到社會議題，總是會比較嚴肅
有些人甚至對這首歌產生許多懷疑
因為內容並沒有太多的探討，只是沾到邊而已
又憑甚麼自詡為Sick Boy呢？
(不過管他的，歌好聽就好XD)
牛皮還滿喜歡這部影片的拍攝的
由平淡的場景、人
漸漸趨於扭曲變形
很像突然來到地獄一般
但，只有在一些時刻變成那樣
讓人有種衝突感
