在訪談中，他們有提到這段不斷重複出現的副歌的意義：

有時我們處理心理層面上的問題時
感到內心的流離失所，突然對自己感到很陌生
這首歌包含了多種解釋含意
但回歸歌詞初心，主要是一種自我對話以及自我療癒
旋律十分悲傷
讓我想到有時候遭遇挫折，或與自己愛的人的摩擦
會不斷的自我懷疑
想到討厭的自己
兩個內心的自己，就這樣糾結著
但只能慢慢解開結
舔拭傷口後，也要繼續在漫漫長路上前行
